About Our Founder
Marty E. Neltner is the Founder and President of Neltner Billing and Consulting, a full-service medical management firm located in Independence, Kentucky. The 25-year-old company has provided management support and physician billing services to more than 1000 practices representing more than 350 physicians.
Marty is an avid health care blogger and has written numerous white papers as well as articles and abstracts appearing in peer review publications. He regularly conducts seminars across the country on topics such as coding, documentation, reimbursement, cancer care management and options for negotiating contractual arrangements. Marty is also a strong advocate for physicians and patients and plans/participates in grassroots activities on the local and national levels, meeting often with members of Congress, the Senate and other government representatives.
Prior to starting Neltner Billing and Consulting, Marty worked as a Manager of Patient Accounts at a large Kentucky hospital and was also a Practice Administrator for an oncology group in Kentucky.
