Neltner Billing and Consulting ("Neltner") collects only the domain name, but not the email address of visitors to our Web page and only aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit. Only the email addresses of those visitors who communicate with Neltner via email or who subscribe to our mailing list will be collected.

The information Neltner collects is used for internal review and is then discarded, and is used to improve the content of our Web page. This page makes use of forms to contact Neltner by email. We collect visitor's contact information (i.e. an email address) on this form. Contact information from this form is used to send responses to questions and information about Neltner to our visitors. Any forums program will allow you to enter a fake email address to help prevent others from knowing your real email address. From time to time Neltner may contact mailing list subscribers with surveys. Neltner uses these surveys to gather user feedback to better improve our Site. The contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when something in the survey requires a response (i.e. a question in a comment field or to request more information about a suggestion made).
